What Happens After You Apply?

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete the ERCP Access Application form to request portal access. It takes just a few minutes.

 

Step 2: Wait 1–3 Business Days
Your application will be reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission and the integrity of our portal community.

 

Step 3: Receive Your Decision via Email
You’ll receive a personalized email letting you know if your application is:
– Approved, with next steps
– Or Denied, with a brief explanation and optional recommendations

 

Step 4: Access Guide Delivered
If approved, you’ll receive a digital Access Guide that walks you through:
– Creating or logging into your Notion account
– Accepting your portal invite
– Getting into your dashboard with ease

 

Step 5: Explore the Portal
Once inside, your homepage will include a full User Guide built to help you navigate, search, and get the most out of your ERCP experience from day one.
